We reached out to Seth and he was immediately responsive and listened to our wants and needs. He was very kind and understanding. During the install process he even communicated extra with us when our dog had just gotten surgery to make sure we knew exactly when he was on his way, taking a lunch break or done for the day. He was a joy to work with and made sure the job was done extremely well. There was even a miscommunication with the materials company (not Seth's fault) and he completed an extra day's worth of work to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and we are so grateful.
